Judge Steve Hansen

Judge Hansen has presided over 400-500 mediations in the past 5 years. Currently he is a Senior Judge in the state of Utah. As a Mediator, former trial lawyer and a former Judge for 21 years Judge Steve Hansen has over 38 years of experience in the courtroom. Judge Hansen is uniquely situated to give each side an expert view of the strengths and weaknesses of the case and to predict what might happen if the dispute does not settle. Judge Hansen’s experience in the mental health court has given him a unique sensitivity to those with mental health issues.
